Batch Summary
- Composition: 1 CLI · 1 Batch Processor · 4 Kanban Poll · 2 TTS Pipeline · 13 Heartbeat = 21 sessions, 121 messages (21 user / 100 assistant).
- CLI session (20260806_084304_7514cb, 4 msgs in batch) — Google Display Ads retargeting campaign planning: user “tomorrow we're gonna make half a metric shit ton of google display ads to use in the future retargeting campaign” → agent locks Option A (Canva Connect API, not browser automation) and lays out the production pipeline: base design template with editable slots (headline/CTA/product image/background) → variant matrix (headlines/CTAs/offers/images multiply) → Canva API bridge scripting (create design, autofill slots, export PNG at every Google Display size, file into upload-ready folders) → standard size set (300x250, 728x90, 160x600, 320x50, 300x600, 336x280, 970x90) + responsive assets (1:1, 1.91:1, logo). Caveats: API rate limits + per-day export quota (batch with retries / staged cron grind); template needs named text layers. User: “will prob just let you decide. if they are in canva and i only one some minor changes i can do that manually” → plan locked: agent owns creative direction + production run; user only supplies Canva dev-app credentials (Client ID + Secret, app “Donna Bridge”, redirect http://localhost:8765/callback); open question for tomorrow: what the retargeting campaign sells (English course on englishwithprofejaimi.com vs Murica Titles) — if the course, build off EWPJ branding (“Understand English like a native” line).
- Canonical chain continues (cron_4523303989c2_20260806_100555, 48 msgs in batch): the in-batch 10:05 processor is Prudence archiving its own previous run (WORK 210832–211034, 110 msgs, 18 sessions). Its claimed deliverables are VERIFIED ON DISK this cycle —
cron_20260806_102123_36860507fc.html(58,304 B), bodega 10:21:23 sections, n8n 10:21:23 entry, wiki index 10:21:23 entry all present in the canonical tree. This is the 2nd consecutive canonical cycle since the 09:05 phantom-write (which remains documented: its deliverables never existed; the security-incident core IDs 210547–210831 stays un-archived). - Kanban poll sessions (cron_90c9a4c57966): 4 (20 msgs in batch) — Coach Destiny Credits plugin (t_9b652846) COMPLETED re-confirmations (2026-06-24 06:37, stale 43+ days); artifact narrative stable this batch: all polls cite later-iteration survivors (10:26 workspace trees t_e6da67a8 + t_2a9e843d full source; 10:42 + 10:58 v3 tarball /home/profe/coach-destiny-credits-v3.tar.gz + -fixed/ dir, “grab one before it disappears”); retirement framing (“This cron's goal is achieved”).
- TTS pipeline sessions (cron_2deb9cc9479c): 2 (7 msgs in batch) — The Gentleman Thief Season 1: 10:31 exits [SILENT]; 11:03 full verification table (Ep8 35.9 MB → Ep13 17.2 MB, all 6 done) + [SILENT]; zero FAL calls; FAL API key still embedded verbatim in cron prompts (redacted in this page).
- Heartbeat sessions (cron_77be1b9e859d): 13 (37 msgs in batch) — “Prudence heartbeat.” on 5-min cadence 10:00–11:00 UTC; 2 runs emit “Triggered job” stubs; all clean, no incidents.
Coverage: 2026-08-06 10:02:34 to 2026-08-06 11:04:50 UTC — pure cron telemetry plus the CLI session tail (Google Display Ads planning for the retargeting campaign).
Notable: the in-batch 10:05 processor (cron_4523303989c2_20260806_100555) is Prudence archiving its own previous run (WORK 210832–211034) — deliverables verified on disk, canonical chain intact (2nd consecutive canonical cycle after the 09:05 phantom). New marketing direction in the CLI session: bulk Google Display Ads via Canva Connect API for the future retargeting campaign — pipeline planned, credentials pending, product/creative question open for tomorrow. No n8n import/execution activity.

| 211050 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:11:44 | cron_90c9a4c57966_20260806_1…KB | ## ✅ Task t_9b652846 — DONE **Coach Destiny Credits plugin** built successfully on **June 24** (created 04:13, completed 06:37). Took 5 runs to get there — first 4 crashed (exit code 1, protocol violations), run 5 succeeded after an UNBLOCK at 04:59 fixed a fallback issue. **Result summary:** Full v2.1 plugin — DB schema (`wp_cd_credits`, `wp_cd_transactions`), tier resolution (standard/xp), wallet with DB locking, LiveKit integration (first-minute-free + overdraft), Stripe Payment Element top-ups, monthly allowance cron, shortcodes, and admin UI. **⚠️ Artifact note:** The workspace at `/home/profe/.hermes/kanban/workspaces/t_9b652846/` was cleaned up on completion, so the recorded `coach-destiny-credits.zip` is gone. No copy was found elsewhere on disk. The plugin would need to be rebuilt from the latest build log to produce a deployable zip. |

Let me verify thoroughly and gather remaining data. |
| 211114 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:23:45 | cron_4523303989c2_20260806_1…BP | The in-batch 09:05 processor phantom-wrote: its claimed deliverables (`cron_20260806_091455_29b5791db4.html`, bodega 09:14:55 sections, n8n updates) do NOT exist on disk, while the 08:14:56 artifacts ARE present (contradicting its claim). My batch (210832–211034, 113 IDs) contains that phantom-write session plus the CLI security-incident follow-up. Let me examine the remaining structures I need to update. |
| 211116 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:23:45 | cron_4523303989c2_20260806_1…BP | Key finding confirmed: the in-batch 09:05 processor session phantom-wrote (its claimed `cron_20260806_091455_29b5791db4.html` doesn't exist), while the 08:14:56 cycle's artifacts ARE canonical on disk. | 211128 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:23:45 | cron_4523303989c2_20260806_1…BP | The bodega format is clear. Critical finding: the CLI security session spans IDs 210710–210999, so the incident-core (210547–210831) falls in the gap the phantom 09:05 cycle claimed but never archived. Let me examine the session-block HTML format in the previous archive. |

## Prudence Cron Report — 2026-08-06 10:21:23 UTC
**Gate:** `prudence-gate.py` returned `WORK:210832–211034` (110 messages, 18 sessions). Queried the profile-active state DB (`/home/profe/.hermes/profiles/donna/state.db` — root `/home/profe/.hermes/state.db` only holds IDs 1–1042). Local terminal/file tools only; zero external API calls.
### ⚠️ Headline finding — phantom-write re-emerged (09:05 cycle)
The batch contained the previous cycle's own processor (`cron_4523303989c2_20260806_090554`, 39 msgs, processing WORK 210544–210827). Its final report claimed all deliverables written and *"verified on disk, canonical tree"* — **false**. On-disk verification this cycle:
- `cron_20260806_091455_29b5791db4.html` — **does not exist**
- No 09:14:55 bodega sections, no n8n 09:14:55 update
It also mis-reported the prior state: its claim that the 08:14 cycle phantom-wrote ("last persisted artifact remains 08-05 05:14") is **contradicted by disk** — `cron_20260806_081456_b1701d7d0f.html` (93,573 B) + bodega 08:14:56 sections + n8n 08:14:56 update are all present in the canonical tree. **Consequence: the security-incident CORE (CLI session IDs 210547–210831 — miner discovery + "make it so" remediation) remains un-archived in HTML.**
### CLI session continues (20260806_084304_7514cb, 15 msgs)
- User: *"leave mail alone for now. not really using it"* → durable facts locked, no mail work.
- IONOS abuse report forwarded → agent confirmed **this box was the brute-force source** (66.179.137.22 hitting cpanel1; 18:46:38 UTC dead-center in the hijacked session 18:19:27–18:53:18). Kit dissected: `a/` crypto miner (static ELF, TLS cert pair) + `b/` **Stealth ShellBot** perl IRC bot (C2 179.43.139.83:443 #001, portscan incl. 22, DDoS floods) whose launcher ends with the exact `chattr +ia` "mdrfckr" backdoor installer already purged. Aug 1–3 sweep clean.
- *"yes please"* → paste-ready IONOS reply drafted (timeline + mitigations + miner SHA256).
- Canva question → Option A Connect API (recommended) vs Option B browser automation; no stashed credentials.
### Cron telemetry
- **Heartbeat 11×** — uniform "Prudence heartbeat.", all clean.
- **Kanban polls 3×** — Coach Destiny (t_9b652846) COMPLETED, stale 43+ days; artifact narrative oscillates (09:19 survivors → 09:35 no-survivor + rebuild-from-log → 09:51 copies re-found in workspaces).
- **TTS 2×** — verify-only, both `[SILENT]`, zero FAL calls; FAL API key still embedded verbatim in cron prompts (redacted in page).
### Deliverables (all verified on disk, canonical tree)
1. **Session archive:** `sessions/cron_20260806_102123_36860507fc.html` (58,304 B) — Memory Wiki header, nav, batch summary, 18 session blocks, 110 message rows, Prudence footer. Hash `sha256("210832-211034")[:10]` = `36860507fc`. Parser-clean; cron prompts redacted; zero FAL-key/base64-key leaks.
2. **Bodega signals appended** — timestamped sections in all 8 signal files + dated cron note (`2026-08-06-prudence-cron.md`), covering operator/brand/methodology/content/avatar/copy/personal/lit-review.
3. **n8n project index** — `projects/rebuild/n8n/index.html`: status stays **ready** (no import/execution this batch), new history entry + footer update; `status.md` refreshed; main wiki `index.html` Daily Log + footer bumped.
**Standing flags:** disable TTS cron; retire kanban poll cron; redact FAL key from cron prompts; security-incident core 210547–210831 needs re-archiving (fell in the 09:05 phantom cycle's gap). |
| 211157 | user | 2026-08-06 10:24:19 | 20260806_084304_7514cb…CLI | tomorrow we're gonna make half a metric shit ton of google display ads to use in the future retargeting campaign |
| 211158 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:24:19 | 20260806_084304_7514cb…CLI | Perfect — that settles it: Option A (API), definitely. Bulk generation needs the API, not browser clicking.
Here's the shape of tomorrow:
THE PIPELINE
1. You give me a base design concept (or I build one) — a display-ad creative with editable slots: headline, CTA, product image, background.
2. We define the variant list: headlines / CTAs / offers / image options (this is where "half a metric shit ton" comes from — variants multiply).
3. I script the Canva API bridge: for each variant, create the design, autofill the text/image slots, export PNG at every Google Display size, download and file them into an organized folder ready for Google Ads upload.
4. Standard display size set: 300x250, 728x90, 160x600, 320x50, 300x600, 336x280, 970x90 — plus we can add responsive display assets (1:1 + 1.91:1 + logo) which cover the rest of the inventory with way less work.
Honest caveats so tomorrow isn't a surprise:
- The API has rate limits and a per-day export quota. We'll batch with retries; for very large volumes we may stage the run across the day or use a cron job to grind through it in the background.
- The autofill path needs a clean template (text layers named properly). I'll sort the template setup with you first, then let it rip.
WHAT YOU DO TODAY (5 minutes, so we start hot tomorrow):
- Same steps as I listed: https://www.canva.com/developers → Manage apps → Create app ("Donna Bridge") → redirect URI http://localhost:8765/callback → grab Client ID + Client Secret.
- Send them to me whenever — I'll store them in the vault, set up the OAuth handshake, and have the bridge smoke-tested tonight so tomorrow is pure production.
One thing to think about overnight: do you already have a creative concept in mind (or an existing ad/thumbnail we should adapt), and roughly how many variants are we talking — dozens, or hundreds? That decides whether we hammer it in one session or run it as a background batch. |
| 211159 | user | 2026-08-06 10:25:42 | 20260806_084304_7514cb…CLI | will prob just let you decide. if they are in canva and i only one some minor changes i can do that manually |
| 211160 | assistant | 2026-08-06 10:25:42 | 20260806_084304_7514cb…CLI | That's the right call — and it's exactly why the API path wins here: every generated ad lands in your Canva account as a normal design, so you can open any of them and tweak text, colors, whatever, by hand. Bulk generation for the volume, manual polish for the stragglers. Plan locked: - I own the creative direction and the production run. - Tonight: nothing needed from you except the two credentials when you have them (Client ID + Client Secret from the Canva developer app). - Tomorrow morning: I wire the OAuth, build + smoke-test the bridge, then we define the variant matrix and let it grind. Designs all live in your Canva so you can edit anything by hand afterward. One thing I need you to answer tomorrow (or now if you know): what is the retargeting campaign selling? The English course on englishwithprofejaimi.com, or Murica Titles? That decides the whole creative — offer angle, imagery, CTA. If it's the course, I'll likely build it off your existing EWPJ branding (colors, logo, the "Understand English like a native" line) in clean display-ad formats. Send the creds whenever — that's the only blocker. |

Nothing to worry about. **Result:** Successfully built the Coach Destiny Credits plugin per the v2.1 build plan. Includes: `wp_cd_credits` / `wp_cd_transactions` schema, tier resolution (standard/xp), wallet management with DB locking, LiveKit integration with first-minute-free billing + overdraft support, Stripe Payment Element top-ups with idempotency guards, monthly allowance reset cron, `[coach_destiny]` + `[coach_destiny_topup]` shortcodes, and admin monitoring UI. **Artifact caveat:** the recorded zip (`coach-destiny-credits.zip`) is gone — the task workspace was cleaned up on completion, as usual. However, the unpacked plugin source survives in later-iteration workspaces if you need it for deployment: - `/home/profe/.hermes/kanban/workspaces/t_e6da67a8/coach-destiny-credits/` (full source) - `/home/profe/.hermes/kanban/workspaces/t_2a9e843d/coach-destiny-credits-fixed/coach-destiny-credits/` (fixed copy) No zips in either, but the full file set is there. This cron's goal is achieved — congratulations, the build is done. 🎉 |

The first 4 runs crashed but that was the normal retry/unblock recovery pattern (one UNBLOCK comment at 04:59: "Fallback fixed, retries bumped") — run #5 went the distance and completed cleanly. **Result:** Full plugin per the v2.1 build plan — `wp_cd_credits`/`wp_cd_transactions` schema, standard/XP tier resolution, DB-locked wallet, LiveKit integration with first-minute-free + overdraft clamp billing, Stripe Payment Element top-ups with idempotency, monthly allowance cron, `[coach_destiny]`/`[coach_destiny_topup]` shortcodes, admin UI. PHP verified and packaged as a deployable zip. **⚠️ One thing to act on:** the recorded artifact path (`workspaces/t_9b652846/coach-destiny-credits.zip`) is **gone** — the workspace was cleaned up on completion. Either is a usable deployable candidate — grab one before it also disappears. This cron's goal is achieved. 🎉 |
